Waterloo Catholic District School Board is set to implement the cloudBuy purchasing solution in 64 schools
April 9th 2019: cloudBuy, the global provider of cloud-based e-commerce and e-procurement solutions, today announces that a second Canadian School Board has opted to use a cloudBuy Purchasing Portal for its procurement needs.
Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB) aims to roll out the solution to all its schools by the beginning of the next school year on 1st September 2019. cloudBuy’s Purchase to Pay system will allow schools in the area to order supplies online and move away from a paper-based ordering system.
The solution provided to WCDSB matches the one currently provided by cloudBuy to York Region District School Board (YRDSB). This project has enjoyed great success, with 99.5% of orders being returned as invoices which went through to payment automatically.
