An excellent opportunity has arisen for an entry level developer to join the cloudBuy plc team, one of the World’s leading providers of cloud based e-commerce solutions.
Based at our HQ in Aldermaston, Berkshire, your primary function will be troubleshooting issues/bugs/problems raised by the customer support team or the customer directly in management software.
You’ll be focused on meeting target resolution times as set out in our customer support document, providing timely progress updates while a resolution is being developed to the customer support team. Any technical updates need to be explained in a friendly and patient manner, so this information can then be passed onto the customer.
You’ll need a positive attitude for finding a resolution to a problem and to be able to identify if the problem requires an escalation to the development team manager.
As part of our focus on continuous improvements you’ll be finding enhancements to the tools that customers are using on a daily basis and ensuring these tools are up to date and fit for purpose.
A key part of the role will be decreasing the need for customers to have to report part of the system are causing an error.
As your skills develop, you’ll be able to get more involved with project development.

Salary £20k - £24k depending on experience.
